Here’s What We Know About The Villain For ‘The Incredibles 2’

Through everything that we have seen, w have yet to see a credible threat towards our super powered family. While at Pixar, we got to see a sneak peak at the film as well as a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff, including details on the villain.

The Incredibles 2 follows Elastigirl as she starts a new job trying to get Supers back into the legal realm of the world. So, of course she needs a serious threat to go against to match the sadistic mindset of Syndrome. The villain of Incredibles 2 is called the ScreenSlaver and he has the power of hypnosis. This is a credible threats to the likes of the Incredibles throughout the entire film. Screenslaver seems to be a shadow-like figure handling things in the background and his full night has yet to be seen.

Full details on the plot for The Incredibles 2 are being kept under wraps. The upcoming film is said to center on Elastigirl’s own adventure while Bob stays at home to watch over Jack-Jack, picking up immediately after the first film as the Parr family faces off against a supervillain known as The Underminer.

The Incredibles 2 is set for a June 15, 2018 release date. The film’s official synopsis is as follows:

“In The Incredibles 2, Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (voice of Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (voice of Sarah Vowell), Dash (voice of Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose superpowers are about to be discovered. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (voice of Samuel L. Jackson) by their side. That’s what makes this family so Incredible.”
