‘Inhumans’ Showrunner Talks Possible ‘Agents of SHIELD’ Crossover

Agents of SHIELD InhumansMarvel’s Inhumans takes their first step into a much larger universe as the Attilan Royal Family makes their Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in IMAX theaters today. However, the existence of the Inhumans in the MCU was revealed during the third season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and story elements from the Inhumans such as the Terrigen Mist have been mentioned in both shows as well.

In an interview with CBR, Inhumans showrunner Scott Buck discussed the possibility of the likes of Black Bolt and Agent Coulson crossing paths in the future:

“Sure, some time in the future, there may be some sort of [crossover] — as it is right now, we stand completely alone and separate from the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but who knows what the future might bring?”

Marvel’s Inhumans stars Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Serinda Swan as Medusa, Iwan Rhoen as Maximus, Ken Leung as Karnak, Eme Ikwuakor as Gorgon, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal, Mike Moh as Triton, Sonya Balmores as Auran and Ellen Woglomas Louise.

The first two episodes will be screening in IMAX theaters for two weeks starting on September 1.

Inhumans will then premiere September 29 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
