‘Iron Fist’ Season 2: Alice Eve Confirmed To Be Playing Typhoid Mary

Alice Eve Iron Fist Typhoid MaryDuring the San Diego Comic-Con panel for Marvel’s Iron Fist season 2, the identity of the character played by Alice Eve has officially been revealed.

Eve will portray the character Typhoid Mary on the second season of the Netflix exclusive series.

In the comics, Typhoid Mary is also known as Bloody Mary and Mutant Zero. Her first appearance was in Daredevil #254 in May 1988. She was originally depicted as an adversary for Daredevil and has also been known to be a prominent villain to both Spider-Man and Deadpool.

Some comic book fans remember that Typhoid Mary made an appearance in the Jennifer Garner film Elektra. In that film, Typhoid Mary was played by actress Natassia Malthe.

Iron Fist stars Finn Jones as Danny Rand / Iron Fist, Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing, Tom Pelphrey as Ward Meachum, Jessica Stroup as Joy Meachum, Sacha Dhawan as Davos, Ramón Rodríguez as Bakuto, Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple, David Wenham as Harold Meachum, and Simone Missick as Misty Knight. Alice Eve is also set to appear as Typhoid Mary.

All episodes of the second season of Iron Fist will be available to stream on Netflix on Friday September 7, 2018.
