Iron Fist star Jessica Henwick has begun training for the second season of the series and took to Instagram to share a video demonstrating her fighting moves.
Although Iron First was critically panned, Jessica Henwick’s Colleen Wing was one of the more lauded aspects of the first season and the skilled martial artist is set to return for the show’s sophomore year. With production said to begin by the end of the year, Henwick has begun training for her role in season two and now fans can watch her in action before the series return to Netflix.

Marvel’s The Defenders is now available on Netflix.
Marvel’s Netflix Heroes, Ranked From Worst To Best
Marvel has been using Netflix to great effect. Taking full advantage of the digital platform and the untethered storytelling it allows creators to offer, Marvel has been taking iconic comic book characters such as Daredevil and Iron Fist and showing them in a new light over the past few years on Netflix.
The studio’s efforts have taken the heroes (and sometimes even the anti-heroes) of the Netflix corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in different directions through 13-part adventures, diving more into what makes them tick than the films. For the most part, these characters have been well thought out and the actors inhibating the roles have done a great job making them their own.
Of course, The Defenders is the culmination of what Marvel has been working towards with these shows. Arriving later this month, the 8-episode series is set to unite Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist against a threat greater than anything they’ve faced before.
With the series only a few days away it is a great time to look at each of the Netflix heroes and see where they rank from worst to best. Click next to have a look!
