Jacob Tremblay Warns That Predator Activity Is High On ‘The Predator’ Set

The Predator Shane BlackChild actor Jacob Tremblay has begun teasing the terrors of the Predator in a brand new picture he tweeted of a poster warning that Predators are around.

The poster features a Predator in the middle with the caption on the poster reading as follows,

“Warning. Predator acitivity is high. You will be subject to encounters and possible death. Hike at your own risk.”

While Tremblay does reside in Vancouver, Canada, the film was also shot there and according to a new report, the film is scheduled to enter reshoots in March.

Details on the upcoming film are slim, but we do know that the film is set to focus on an elite group of soldiers. Directed by Shane Black, who most recently directed The Nice Guys, the film is expected to be a reboot of the original 80’s film.

The Predator stars Boyd Holbrook, Yvonne Strahovski, Olivia Munn, Trevante Rhodes, Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown, Jacob Tremblay, Thomas Jane, Alfie Allen, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey and Edward James Olmos.

The Predator is set to hit theatres on August 3rd.

5 Superheroes That Deserve Their Own Video Game Universe

Previous1 of 7

Superheroes Video Game UniverseWorld building and universe building are not new. These writing techniques have been around for centuries, long before we even started writing our stories down. I always considered Beowulf to be the precursor to superheroes and comics. However, due to the overwhelming success of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the CW DC Universe (or Arrowverse), it seems that the universal world building that has been in comics for three-quarters of a century has finally become a major storytelling point in both the film and TV worlds of superheroes.

Between Rocksteady’s Arkham Trilogy (Batman: Arkham Origins was developed by WB Games Montreal), Telltale Games’ Guardians of the Galaxy, Insomniac Games establishing that their Spider-Man game will be the anchor point for a new Spider-Man universe, and the announcement from earlier this year of a multi-year, multi-game deal between Marvel and developer/publisher Square Enix it seems like the video games will be the next place where sprawling superhero stories will be told.

Oh brother… Shane Black shoehorning kids in his movies again. I don’t care how talented they are as actors, I don’t understand why he feels the need to include kids in his movies. He did it in Iron Man 3 and it felt forced, and here he goes again.

Kids always ruin this kind of movies.
