New Artwork Imagines Jake Gyllenhaal As ‘Spider-Man’ Villain Mysterio

Jake Gyllenhaal Mysterio Spider-ManWith Jake Gyllenhaal in talks to appear in the follow-up to Spider-Man: Homecoming as Mysterio, BossLogic wasted no time in conjuring up an image of what they believe Gyllenhaal could look like as Mysterio.

The artist shared some artwork that, as one user pointed out, looks to be a blend of Mysterio’s designs from the 616 and Ultimate Marvel universes. And indeed, the artwork does share some similarities, as well as emulating Mysterio’s design from the 1994 animated Spider-Man series.

You can check out the artwork below.

Though plot details on the Homecoming sequel are kept under wraps for the moment, we know that both Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio and Michael Keaton’s Vulture are set to appear. Could this be a hint at a potential creation of the Sinister-Six?

What do you think of the Mysterio artwork? Is this how you would like Jake Gyllenhaal to appear in the Spider-Man sequel or do you have something different in mind? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information on the follow-up to Spider-Man: Homecoming.

The Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel hits theaters on July 5, 2019. Make sure to keep an eye on Heroic Hollywood as more details on this project come out.

And beef him up as a tech genius of virtual reality and/Or neurtotechinician in the Spider-Man Homecomingsequel coming in 2019!:D
