Jeffrey Dean Morgan Dons ‘Flashpoint’ Batman Suit In Stunning Fan Art

Although it'll be great to see Michael Keaton's Batman return in 'The Flash', this design would really suit Jeffrey Dean Morgan in live-action.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan straps on the Flashpoint Batman suit for the DC Extended Universe in this intimidating new design.

Fans have been desperate to see Jeffrey Dean Morgan in as the Flashpoint Batman ever since his brief role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice as Thomas Wayne. For anyone not familiar with the alternate version of Thomas Wayne, he becomes a harder version of the vigilante after Bruce Wayne died in the alley instead of his parents. He often uses lethal force to dispatch Gotham’s criminals. The Flash will adapt a portion of the Flashpoint story, but will bring back Michael Keaton’s Batman instead.

But an intimidating new design from George Evangelista on Instagram puts Jeffrey Dean Morgan in the Flashpoint Batman suit and it’s a shame we’ll never see it in live-action because it’s a truly terrifying vision of the alternate Dark Knight. Featuring plenty of bulky tactical armor, the red emblem and even his piercing red eyes – this isn’t a Batman to mess with. The artist even found a way of making the character’s pointy cape into a practical effect using shoulder plates. Take a look at the stunning art below.

What do you think of the intimidating design? Do you still want to see Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Flashpoint Batman in live-action? Sound-off in the comments below!

Directed by Andy Muschietti from a script written by Birds of Prey scribe Christina Hodson, The Flash will be inspired by the Flashpoint comic storyline which followed The Flash as he navigated an altered DC Universe. Written by Geoff Johns and penciled by Andy Kuber, Flashpoint radically altered the status of the DC Comics universe and led to the launch of the New 52 titles. It is currently unknown how much inspiration the upcoming Ezra Miller film will take from the comic.

The Flash is set to hit theaters on June 3rd, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news on The Flash and Michael Keaton’s role in it and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more exclusive video content.
