Jessica Chastain Accepts A Red Balloon From ‘It: Chapter 2’ Counterpart

Jessica Chastain ITJessica Chastain has taken to the internet to share yet another teasing image for her role in the upcoming It: Chapter 2.

The eagerly-awaited sequel to last year’s surprise horror hit has already announced its cast. For the most part, this casting has been met with open arms. In fact, Chastain was who most fans of the original were hoping would play an adult Bev. Chastain had recently shared an image of her face stitched together with an image of Sophia Lillis, who played young Bev.  Now, Chastain has provided another photo of her and Lillis signifying a passing-of-the-torch from one Bev to another.

While the teasers that Chastain is providing do not offer many new details, it’s still exciting to see some updates from the project. Also, Chastain’s enthusiasm for her role in this sequel is a great sign. The high-caliber actress must really love the material and the script to so actively promote it while filming. However, we won’t know anything for sure until a trailer for It: Chapter 2 is released.

It: Chapter Two floats into theaters on September 6, 2019.
