As reported recently and teased by Jurassic World 2 director J.A. Bayona, the production stage of the film seems well underway and according to star Bryce Dallas Howard, principal photography should begin “really soon.”
While on the red carpet for last night’s SAG Awards, the actress revealed that she’s getting ready for the film and leaving pretty soon to shoot it.
‘I’m getting ready to go to [film] Jurassic [World 2] and I got contact lenses to block off my pupil,’ Howard told ET regarding her sensitivity to bright lights, which makes it hard for her to shoot.
‘I’m leaving really soon. It’s awesome. Now we’re in the flow of things where everyone is talking every day and we’re gonna go put on a show!’
The actress certainly sounds excited about shooting Jurassic World 2! And so are we. Hopefully new details about the film will start hitting the web in the coming weeks.
Directed by J.A. Bayona, the film stars returning cast members Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt. The cast also includes BD Wong (Jurassic Park, Gotham), Toby Jones (Captain America: The First Avenger), Rafe Spall (Life of Pi, Black Mirror), Justice Smith (The Get Down), and Daniella Pineda (The Detour).
Jurassic World 2 hits theaters June 22, 2018.
