The expanding DCEU is full of little nods to other elements of the canon, and as we get closer to the opening of Justice League, some of the cast decided to share some Easter eggs to their characters that can be found in some of the other films released so far.
Speaking to DC All Access, Ray Fisher shared a little easter egg that references his character in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice:
“I think the beautiful thing is the connectivity. Because if you look at Batman v Superman, when Gotham City University is getting destroyed by Metropolis 50 to nothing. If you track it back timeline wise, that would have been just around the time Victor Stone, who was their all-star quarterback, got into his accident and was no longer able to be a part of the team.”
Jason Momoa also dropped an easter egg of his own, noting that a long-held fan theory about Man of Steel is in fact true:
“I’ll give you a cool little thing that’s not in this movie, but that Zack told me for ‘Aquaman.’ In ‘Man of Steel’ when Henry is saving the oil rig and he’s holding that up, and all of a sudden he kind of floats up on the ocean, he’s like ‘I had Aquaman save him so that they did cross paths at one point.’ So then when Bruce goes ‘You ever heard of… Superman?’ I have met him and we have crossed paths.”
So there you have it. Aquaman made an off-screen cameo in Man of Steel and Victor Stone made one in Batman v. Superman. What do you think of these new revelations? Excited for Justice League? Comment below!
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Amber Heard, Jeremy Irons, J.K. Simmons, Willem Dafoe, Connie Nielsen, Julian Lewis Jones and Ciarán Hinds.
Justice League will be released in theaters on November 17, 2017.

10 Batman Villains Who Deserve A Chance On The Big Screen
Batman’s been on the big screen a handful of times, but he still has so many enemies who’ve never been in a movie. I love the Joker, but man-oh-man am I tired of seeing him. Batman’s got one of the most impressive, deep rogue galleries in all of comics, and I think it’s time more of them were given the love they deserve!
Some of these characters might have been in The Lego Batman Movie (if Kite-Man was, anyone could have been) but that doesn’t really count as an introduction. Look at how well-known someone like Slipknot is now thanks to Suicide Squad. Well, all these people on the list are way better than Slipknot, and should be seen taking on a member of the Bat-Family on the big screen soon.
