‘Justice League’ Actors Ezra Miller & Ray Fisher On What Marvel Heroes They’d Play

Justice League Ezra Miller Ray Fisher Marvel CharactersJustice League stars Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher play two of the core heroes of the DC Extended Universe as Barry Allen/The Flash and Victor Stone/Cyborg respectively. But in a hypothetical opportunity, both Miller and Fisher already have their choice of characters to play if they were given the opportunity to be in a Marvel film.

Miller and Fisher both appeared on a panel at Wizard World Philadelphia, where they were asked about what Marvel characters they would want to play the most if they had to pick. Despite their allegiances to DC Comics, Miller and Fisher had interesting answers, to say the least:

Ezra Miller: At the moment, I feel like we’re significantly outnumbered. Like, we have a big pick, we have a large pick.

Ray Fisher: There’s a billion for us to pick! They only got about six.

Ezra Miller: I’ve said this before, I’d love to play [Nick] Fury. I’d love to play an old – a different version than the current version – but like an [older guy]. I loved those comics when I was growing up. I loved like really scary war [stories], with a traumatized, like morally injured Fury.”

Ray Fisher: Can we pick outside of the MCU? Can I pick an X-Man or an X-Person? I’d probably want to play the Wolverine.

Miller and Fisher have expressed themselves in the past to be comic book fans. Even with their involvement within the DC Extended Universe, that has not stopped them from sharing their love of the entire comic book medium. Earlier this year, Fisher praised Marvel Studios’ blockbuster Black Panther.

Can you imagine seeing Miller and Fisher put their own spin on Nick Fury and Wolverine respectively? If you had to choose for them, what other Marvel characters would you like to see these two play? Sound off in the comments below, and be sure to continue following Heroic Hollywood for all the latest news in both the DCEU and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
