‘Justice League’: New Images Of Ben Affleck & Jason Momoa

Justice League Ben Affleck Jason MomoaIt really does seem like every week for the last month, Zack Snyder has been constantly dropping more and more and more behind-the-scenes images from Justice League.

And now, more than ever, its actually fun. Snyder recently dropped a couple more pictures on his Vero account, captioned as “A year ago #JL”, which makes one humbly pleased in Snyder’s reminder of the fun and dedication he has for this movie. The images posted below show off, again, not much in terms of where the movies is going or taking its characters, but just give a bit of background as to how the actors and interacting with their surroundings. Or something like that. Check them out below!

Both pics are set on the Djúpavík shooting location in Iceland for the introduction of Aquaman to Batman. Both Ben Affleck and Jason Momoa are seen here, with Affleck posing for the camera seriously, and Momoa laughing alongside Snyder in an obvious break from filming. Not only does the location in which the scene is in look beautiful, but we can see a full close-up of the old-school analog film cameras that director Snyder and DP Fabian Wagner used to film Justice League. Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons, Ciarán Hinds, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, and J.K. Simmons. Here’s the official synopsis:

Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League is in cinemas November 17.

7 Great Deathstroke Stories That Could Inspire The Movie

Previous1 of 8

DeathstrokeNow that fans know Deathstroke will be getting his own movie directed by The Raid’s Gareth Evans, it’s time for everyone to brush up on their Slade Wilson knowledge. Deathstroke is DC’s deadliest assassin and one of the smartest tacticians in the world, as well as the oldest foe of the Teen Titans. He’s even taken on the whole Bat-family single-handedly and escaped, proving just how tough of a fighter he is.

The movie will likely depict him as an anti-hero of sorts, a relatively new status for the character. Throughout most of his history Deathstroke has always been more of a self-interested fighter than a righteous man, but recently he’s developed a conscious and a desire to help people in DC Rebirth. He was even one of the main villains in the Batman: Arkham Origins game, proving that audiences are ready for more Slade Wilson.
