New ‘Justice League TV Spot’ Reveals Wonder Woman’s “Uneventful” Weekend

Wonder Woman Justice League Steppenwolf TeaserJustice League has finally hit theatres after years of anticipation, but that doesn’t mean that the hype machine is over. To promote the film, Warner Bros. has released a brand new TV spot that focuses on Diana Prince, or, better known as Wonder Woman.

The spot focuses on Diana brushing up a sculpture at a museum, where she’s asked by a fellow coworker how her weekend was. As her coworker waits for her answer, brand new footage of Wonder Woman fighting off parademons and working with her fellow team members is spliced in, with her capping off the spot by saying it was uneventful. In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League is directed by Zack Snyder with post-production duties handled by Joss Whedon. The film stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Amy Adams, Jeremy Irons and Jesse Eisenberg.

Justice League is currently playing in theatres.
