Zack Snyder has revealed a new look at a deleted Justice League scene featuring Ezra Miller as The Flash.

Since Justice League was released in theaters nearly two years ago, Zack Snyder has offered fans a behind-the-scenes look at the DC film on his official Vero account. By sharing concept art and screenshots from footage that was deleted from Justice League after his exit, Zack Snyder has given fans a hint at his original vision for the DC film before extensive reshoots overseen by Joss Whedon dramatically altered the final cut.

Now, the latest Justice League photo from Zack Snyder offers fans a glimpse at a deleted scene featuring Ezra Miller’s The Flash. While it may be difficult to discern much from the Justice League photo, it appears to depict Ezra Miller’s The Flash in superspeed mode just as an explosion goes off in the distance.

Ezra Miller is set to reprise his role as the Scarlet Speedster in the standalone The Flash film, which has undergone tumultuous experiences of its own. After losing two directors on separate occasions over creative differences, John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein signed on to direct The Flash only to exit following disagreements with Ezra Miller regarding the tone of the project.

Now, IT director Andy Mushcietti has signed on to direct Ezra Miller’s The Flash while Birds of Prey writer Christina Hodson is being eyed to pen a new script for the standalone movie. Warner Bros. was last reported to be hoping to get The Flash in prep mode by January 2020 with Ezra Miller still be attached, though it remains unclear how the actor’s schedule has been affected by the new Spring 2020 start date for Fantastic Beasts 3.

Here is the official synopsis for Zack Snyder’s Justice League:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, Connie Nielsen, J. K. Simmons, and Ciarán Hinds.

Justice League is now available on Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital HD.
