While The Flash movie is still looking for a new director: that is not stopping Flash characters from showing up in other DC Films in the meantime. Ezra Miller, who made his debut as Barry Allen during Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, will be reprising the role of the Scarlet Speedster in Justice League this fall.
But Barry won’t be the only Flash character to show up in Justice League. For a couple of months now, it’s been known that Kiersey Clemons’ Iris West would be making her official DCEU debut in Zack Snyder’s upcoming film. We will also be seeing Billy Crudup as Henry Allen, father of Barry which we got a quick glimpse of in the recent trailer.
In a new interview with Modeliste Magazine, Clemons was asked about what is coming up for her in 2017. The actress brought up her cameo in the new DC film while talking about the experience of appearing in a big superhero film like this.
“This November, I’m making a cameo in Justice League as Iris West and it’s the first time that you meet her before we get to see her in The Flash with Ezra Miller. It was my first time doing something so extravagant like that. We filmed in London and that’s one of my favorite places.”
Despite The Flash film not having a director at the moment, Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future) is reportedly the frontrunner to helm the movie. The Flash can currently also be seen on television, with Grant Gustin and Candice Patton portraying Barry and Iris respectively on The CW.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League hits theaters on Friday, November 17.
