‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ Stars Expect To Return For A Third Film

Kingsman: The Golden Circle

Kingsman: The Golden Circle, the sequel to the surprise 2014 hit Kingsman: The Secret Service, hits theaters this weekend. We already know that director Matthew Vaughn wants to finish out the trilogy, and now, two of the sequel’s actors, Colin Firth and Jeff Bridges, have reaffirmed that plan.

ComicBook.com spoke with the actors before the premiere of the film, where the actors told the outlet that they are both expecting to return for the third film. Bridges stated:

“We’re working on it. Between interviews, we’re jamming on ideas. There’s no script but Matthew’s been talking about it from the beginning! You said he’s always envisioned it as a trilogy.”

Colin Firth, who returned for The Golden Circle even after his character was shot in the head in the first film, also chimed in, stating:

“I remember very early conversations with Matthew. He felt that three [movies] would be right for this. He hadn’t got them mapped out, I just think he could feel three.”

Firth went on to urge fans of the first film to go out and see the sequel in the theaters so that they may get the chance to finish off Vaughn’s envisioned trilogy:

“Each one, of course, depends on people going to see them. If this movie doesn’t work out, that’s it. So, everybody go and see it, and we’ll definitely, I think- definitely is a big word, but I think we’ll do it.”

The critical reaction to Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a bit mixed right now, with a decidedly lower Rotten Tomatoes score than the first film, so we will just have to wait and see how it performs at the box office before we can expect to hear anything official about a sequel.

Directed by Matthew Vaughn (X-Men: First Class, Kick Ass), Kingsman: The Golden Circle stars Taron Egerton, Colin Firth, Mark Strong, Julianne Moore, Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges, Halle Berry and Pedro Pascal.

Kingsman: The Secret Service introduced the world to Kingsman – an independent, international intelligence agency operating at the highest level of discretion, whose ultimate goal is to keep the world safe. In Kingsman: The Golden Circle, our heroes face a new challenge. When their headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the US called Statesman, dating back to the day they were both founded. In a new adventure that tests their agents’ strength and wits to the limit, these two elite secret organizations band together to defeat a ruthless common enemy, in order to save the world, something that’s becoming a bit of a habit for Eggsy…

Kingsman: The Golden Circle hits theaters September 22, 2017. You can read my review of the film here.

This TERRIBLE DISASTER BOMB MOVIE isn’t being released in America so America will be spared all the antiAmerican rage and rantings of the disgusting britshit enemy that churns out this alien junk. If britshit hate Americans so much then an easier thing to do would be them NOT making BAD STINKER BOMB movies about them.
