‘The Last Jedi’ Director Surprises Fans In Line At Star Wars Celebration

Image 4-14-17 at 9.26 AMStar Wars Celebration is still well underway, and there are a ton of things for attendees to do. One panel in particular undoubtedly attracted a ton of the people at the celebration: Star Wars: The Last Jedi panel. The panel will surely be a success (especially if we get a trailer!), but maybe one of the coolest things about it actually took place in the line. Star Wars Episode VIII Director Rian Johnson treated fans waiting in line for the panel by personally showing up and walking through the entire line to talk to fans. It’s cool enough that Johnson was planning on appearing for a panel, but I’m sure he gained some serious respect from the fandom for coming out and personally meeting so many people.

The Star Wars Movies Instagram page caught the moment on camera for our enjoyment. Watch it below:

Do you wish you would’ve been able to meet Rian Johnson? What would you have asked him if you were there? Sound off in the comments!
