‘Legends’ EP Teases Mystery Appearances At End Of Season 2

Legends Of Tomorrow 209 Premiere PhotosWhile Legends of Tomorrow did just return a few days ago, the show will be the first DC TV show to wrap up its current season in March and we are already getting teases for the last couple of episodes. In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly’s SiriusXM radio show Superhero Insider, Marc Guggenheim, who is the show-runner of Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow, gave a few interesting tidbits for the last two episodes of the season.

First he gave a tease that the Legends crew had just made an offer to one of the DC TV actors to reprise their character on the show in the season two finale which is set to air on Tuesday, March 28.

“We, just yesterday, made an offer to an actor to reprise their role from one of the other shows in the season finale of Legends.”

In addition to that, Guggenheim teased that episode 16 will feature a character from one of the other DC TV shows in “a way that you’ve never seen before” that he is quite excited about.

“Oh, and in the penultimate episode we’re gonna have — I can’t be specific about this, but it’s one of the most fun things I think we’ve ever done on the show — a character from one of the other shows on Legends in a way that you’ve never seen before, you may never see again, but will, I think, just send fans into squeals of joy.”

TAKING RISKS — The Legends are determined to find and rescue Rip (Arthur Darvill), but first must focus on locating the Spear of Destiny.  Stein (Victor Garber) thinks he has the perfect person to help but knows involving her will be risky. Meanwhile, Malcom Merlyn (guest star John Barrowman) and Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) realize that Thawne (guest star Matt Letscher) is pitting them against each other.  Caity Lotz, Brandon Routh, Dominic Purcell, Nick Zano, Franz Drameh and Maisie Richardson-Sellers also star. Eric Laneuville directed the episode written by Phil Klemmer & Marc Guggenheim (#210).  Original airdate 1/31/2017.”
