At the start of Legends of Tomorrow Season 2, fans learned that Rip Hunter, played by Arthur Darvill, had mysteriously disappeared and has been MIA since then. However, given Darvill’s status on the series, it is only a matter of time (no pun intended) until the Time Master makes his return.
In a recent interview with Cinemablend, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, who plays Amaya Jiwe a.k.a. Vixen, teased that Rip is set to come back. But that fans should not expect to see the same Rip as he will be coming back a little different.
“He does come back, just not necessarily the Rip that we remember. That’s sort of what is a big part of the second half of the season.”
