Avengers: Infinity War continues to add to its growing cast. Recently, actress Pom Klementieff seemingly confirmed her appearance for the Marvel film after posting an image of herself on Instagram wearing a hat with the Infinity War logo and a hashtag with the title of the film as well.
Klementieff will be playing the role of Mantis in the upcoming James Gunn film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. If she is indeed appearing in Infinity War, she’ll be joining her Guardians castmates Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, and Dave Bautista.
How she’ll fit into the narrative of the film has not yet been confirmed, so
Earlier this week, Klementieff posted an image of her character from the cover of Avengers #123 with Black Panther, Thor, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, and Vision. This was the first hint that she could be joining the big team-up that involves several characters from the shared Marvel Cinematic Universe.
