Margot Robbie On When She Will Be Playing Harley Quinn Next

Margot Robbie Best PerformancesIt looks like we can expect Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn to return to the DC Extended Universe very soon.

Speaking to The Wrap at TIFF, Margot Robbie said that she thinks she will be back playing the character at some point next year:

“I think next year I’ll be back in the fishnets [and] wielding a baseball bat.”

Robbie does not appear to know for which upcoming DC film she will be suiting up for, however. With Gotham City Sirens planned, Suicide Squad 2 recently finding a director, as well as the spin-off Joker movies rumored to be in development, there are a few different options as to what the next film to feature Harley Quinn could be. Robbie commented:

“Your guess is as good as mine at this point. I don’t know.”

No matter which project will feature Harley Quinn, no doubt fans can expect another fantastic performance from Margot Robbie as the iconic character.

10 Reasons Jared Leto Is The Worst Joker

Previous1 of 11

Suicide Squad Jared Leto The JokerThe Joker is one of the most iconic characters in fiction. His bombastic schemes, twisted behavior and eerie laugh are the things nightmares are made from. Amazing actors like Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger have brought the Joker to life over the years, and he will continue to grace the big and small screen for years to come.

Jared Leto is another amazing actor who’s been lucky enough to play the Joker. The actor was dealt a poor script in Suicide Squad and wasn’t given a chance to properly shine. Certain aspects of his character were enjoyable, and hopefully he will be better in future renditions, but for now, Leto is considered a disappointment. No matter how far the actor pushed himself to get into character, things just didn’t click for him this time around.
