Mark Ruffalo On The Hulk Appearing In ‘Captain America: Civil War’

Avengers: Age Of Ultron just hit theatres about a month ago and it looks like we’ll get to see a majority of the cast back in theatres for next year’s Captain America: Civil War. Civil War will bring back Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow, War Machine, Falcon, The Vision and Scarlet Witch with new additions Black Panther, Ant Man and Spider-Man.

With an already hero filled cast could Civil War place another Avenger into the mix?

HitFix had a chance to sit down with Mark Ruffalo and discuss The Hulk potentially playing a part in the Russo Brothers Sequel. When asked Ruffalo put the question in Robert Downey JR’s hands…

If Robert Downey, Jr. says I’m in ‘Captain America,’ I’m in ‘Captain America’ dammit,” Ruffalo said while laughing. “And I will wait for the day that my call sheet shows up at my doorstep or my script. At this point, I’m told that I’m in it by Robert, which I’ll take as biblical, but I just haven’t heard or seen from production yet.

To add The Hulk in the film just seems like overkill, unless it’s just a mention, I wouldn’t risk crowding the movie. Would you guys like to see The Hulk in the movie or should it just be a small cameo or mention?

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters May 6, 2016!
