Marvel Announces ‘Ant-Man’ Sequel For 2018; Three More Films Revealed

So, let’s just go ahead and say that this wasn’t news anyone was expecting to drop today. Following the film’s massive success both critically and at the box office, Marvel Studios has made a “big” update to their Phase Three line-up. The sequel to this year’s “little” surprise, titled Ant-Man And The Wasp, will be hitting theaters on July 6, 2018.

Additionally, to fit the film into their line-up, Marvel Studios will move Black Panther to
February 16, 2018 and Captain Marvel to March 8, 2019. Surprisingly no shift in the release date for Inhumans though. With this announcement also came the reveal of three untitled Marvel Studios films that will premiere on May 1, 2020, July 10, 2020, and November 6, 2020. It’s highly likely that one of these could be a sequel to the currently untitled Spider-Man film. Keep checking back for more updates regarding these projects and let us know what you think in the comments below.
