‘Marvel’s Inhumans’ Releases New Featurette Highlighting Benefit Of IMAX

Marvel The Inhumans

A new featurette for Marvel’s The Inhumans is offering a closer look at the show, along with the reasons behind why it’s worth seeing in IMAX. Serinda Swan calls the IMAX episode “visually stunning.”

Iwan Rheon, who plays Maximus, says that IMAX offers “amazing, big, wide shots” and that it pretty much make the episode look better.

“What IMAX offers you is amazing, big, wide shots with all this beautiful, rich texture. And especially when you have the juxtaposition between Attilan, the very brutalist, cold backdrop against the beautiful, lush Hawaiian rainforest.”

Anson Mount, who plays Black Bolt, says that there were definitely IMAX cameras being used during filming. But even beyond that, Mount explains that the show is unique because they aren’t grateful for their powers.

“I think what sets Inhumans apart from most anything else that’s on television. they’re so well drawn because their powers- I don’t think of them as powers, I think of them as burdens. You take Black Bolt; he has a voice so powerful he can shatter planets but because of that he can’t speak.”

You can watch the featurette here.
