Matt Damon Might Cameo In ‘Ocean’s 8’

Ocean’s 8 will be debuting on the big screen during the summer of 2018 and the all-star female cast includes some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Production on the film is already underway but one question remains. Would any of the stars from Ocean’s Eleven be making an appearance?

While speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Matt Damon indicated that he would be making a cameo in the film. He said that he hasn’t read any notes on what his role within the film could be at this time. Damon was one of the key team members in Ocean’s Eleven playing Linus Caldwell.

The cast for the upcoming Ocean’s Eight has been revealed and it includes; Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, and Awkwafina (Nora Lum). Awkwafina is the stage name of Nora Lum. She is a rapper and comedian and was last seen in Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.

Ocean’s Eight is being directed by Gary Ross, the script is being written by Ross and Olivia Milch. Ross. Steven Soderbergh, who directed Ocean’s Eleven.

The original Ocean’s trilogy grossed over $1.2 billion worldwide and originally featured George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, Andy García, and Julia Roberts.
