Natalie Alyn Lind Joins FOX’s Untitled ‘X-Men’ Series

X-Men Series FOX Natalie Alyn LindGotham alum Natalie Alyn Lind has joined the cast of Matt Nix’s (Burn Notice) untitled X-Men series over at FOX. Lind will be playing the character of Lauren, the daughter of Stephen Moyer’s Reed and is described as:

“Lauren, who is described as smart, pretty, popular, organized and already ahead on her college applications, she is the model of a perfect kid.”

The pilot will be directed by X-Men’s Bryan Singer who works as an executive producer on the show that recently got a pilot order. The show has been adding new cast members over the past few weeks, with Moyer (True Blood) as Reed, Jamie Chung (Once Upon a Time) as Clarice Fong/Blink, Blair Redford (Switched at Birth) as Sam and Sean Teale (Incorporated) as Marcos Diaz/Eclipse.

“The Untitled Fox Marvel Project will focus on two ordinary parents who discover their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive. The series will be produced by 20th Century Fox Television and Marvel Television, with 20th Century Fox handling physical production.”

Nix’s creative team consists of X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner, director Bryan Singer, X-Men screenwriter, Simon Kinberg, Jim Chory and Marvel TV President Jeph Loeb that will all be serving as Executive Producers on the project. These people are also involved with the FX series, Legion.
