New Behind-The-Scenes Image Shows Off Tom Holland’s Spider-Man Suit

Spider-Man Homecoming Trailer

Spider-Man. A name so iconic, the mere sound of it induces images of childhood wonder and sheer-amazement. In July of this year, the wall-crawler will swing his way into his own standalone adventure in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. BAFTA-winner, Tom Holland will sport the iconic suit, reprising his role from last summer’s huge hit, Captain America: Civil War. Holland will not be alone, however. Joining the young star is Academy Award-nominee, Michael Keaton as Adrian Toomes/The Vulture, as well as Academy Award-winner, Marisa Tomei as Peter Parker’s Aunt May.

So far, the new film has looked pretty unique. Cop Car‘s Jon Watts is taking the helm of Spider-Man: Homecoming, and it looks to be one of the best cinematic-adventures of Spider-Man.  The character is also scheduled to appear in Avengers: Infinity War. A new photo of Holland in the practical costume has surfaced; nobody knows whether this is from Homecoming or Infinity War. Many seem to think this is taken from Infinity War‘s set as Spider-Man’s eyes are a little different to the ones in Homecoming and Civil War. You can be the judge of that, though.

So, what do you guys think? Are you excited for Homecoming? Who do you hope to see Spidey take on in the inevitable sequel?

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theatres everywhere on July 7th, 2017.
