Two New ‘The LEGO Batman Movie’ Promos Released

LEGO Batman Action Still Barbara GordonWith the release of The LEGO Batman Movie rapidly approaching, marketing is ramping up as well. Warner Bros. has just released two new TV spots for the upcoming film which are sure to get the hype train rolling.

The promos highlight the film’s humor most of all, and I’m personally very excited for the film. If LEGO Batman manages to reach the heights of The LEGO Movie, we may have one of the better Batman films on our hands as well. The first spot is a Happy Chinese New Year promo where Batman fumbles around with various animals in hilarious fashion. The second promo entitled “How To Get Adopted, brings Robin to the spotlight with a nice musical number sure to annoy Batman.

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made The LEGO Movie a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman – stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

The LEGO Batman Movie hits theaters on February 10, 2017.
