A new set photo from Netflix’s upcoming Luke Cage has hit the web and is showing off a possible classic Marvel comic book villain. The photo shows Erik LaRay Harvey in costume as Willis Styker, also known as, Diamondback within the Cage comics.

For those who aren’t as familiar with the comics, Diamondback is a member of the Serpent Society. Which is a business run by criminals and mercenaries. With this appearance, it would make sense that more members of the society could be appearing with the show.

Luke Cage is the next in a series of Marvel properties that are being developed by Netflix. Daredevil season one and two as well as Jessica Jones season one are available now on Netflix. Luke Cage premieres on the streaming channel September 30, 2016.

Why is he wearing a cooking pot on his head?

You can almost literally see where they pulled the handle off from it on the temple, and if you squint really hard you’ll even see the scorch marks from the gas cooker it was last used on.
