New Photo Of The Joker Surfaces From Behind The Scenes Of ‘Suicide Squad’


In just a few days, Suicide Squad will be released on Blu-Ray and digital, allowing fans to rewatch the villain team-up on repeat. Squad will also be receiving an extended edition, which will feature more of Jared Leto as The Joker and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn.

Set photographer, Clay Enos, shared an additional image from behind-the-scenes of Squad. The captures Leto’s intense focus while filming a scene with Robbie. Enos has recently been posting portraits of Squad characters but decided to take a different approach today.

The photo is from the scene in which Batman is on top of the Joker’s car as it goes speeding through the streets. This was a popular image from the trailer

More details surrounding the Squad extended cut have been released. Suicide Squad‘s extended run time will be 134 minutes, compared to the theatrical release which clocks in at 123 minutes. This leaves 11 minutes of extra footage, which is a little less than the 13 minutes that was previously speculated online and a whole lot less than the 30 minutes that were added to Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice‘s Ultimate Edition.

A new trailer for the christened Suicide Squad – Extended Cut it features some of the Joker scenes that were cut prior to release, mostly relating to Harley Quinn and her origin.

Suicide Squad Extended Cut will be released on Digital HD on Nov. 15 and Blu-ray Dec. 13. Check out the trailer for it below.
