With Rogue One: A Star Wars Story only weeks away from release, the promotions are going strong before December 16th. A newly released featurette shows what life was like on set for Diego Luna (Captain Cassian Andor). The featurette also shows off the grand scale of Rogue One and how the movie focused on real locations.
Diego Luna adds that every day on set was different, one day he was performing an emotional scene and the next fighting Stormtroopers.

Director Gareth Edwards has often talked about the importance of this film connecting to A New Hope but it’s also important to not be afraid to try new things. It seems like Rogue One will be a mix of a new and old Star Wars themes.
Presale tickets for Rogue One are on sale now. Earlier today, presale tickets went on sale and Fandango crashed due to overwhelming traffic. Tickets went on sale at 12:01 a.m. and Fandango was forced to create a waiting room for fans who wanted to buy tickets. Along with Fandango, Movietickets.com and Atom Tickets ran slower due to overwhelming traffic.
While Rogue One isn’t expected to do Force Awakens numbers, it’s on track to be one of the biggest openings in December. Estimates have Rogue One making $140 – 150 million opening weekend.
Following the foundation of the Galactic Empire, a wayward band of Rebel fighters come together to carry out a desperate mission: to steal the plans for the Death Star before it can be used to enforce the Emperor’s rule.
