With the reboot of Haim Saban’s Power Rangers franchise just a little under four months away from release, a new image of from the film has been released, teasing the take over of Elizabeth Banks as the villainous Rita Repulsa.
The new image was captioned as follows.

Rita Repulsa was created for the original Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers television show from the nineties, played by Machiko Soga but voiced by Barbara Goodson. One of the Rangers’ most famous adversaries, the new version for the upcoming film will have a backstory more closely tied to the origin of the Power Rangers.
Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary teens who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discoverer they are the only ones who save the planet. But to do so, they will have to overcome their real-life issues and before it’s too late, band together as the Power Rangers.
Directed by Dean Israelite, the film stars Dacre Montgomery, Naomi Scott, RJ Cyler, Becky G, Ludi Lin, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Banks and Bill Hader.
Power Rangers will be released in theaters on March 24, 2017.
