‘Power Rangers’: Possible New Look At Putties Revealed

The Putties from Power Rangers are not really actual villains so much as they’re brainless henchmen. Rita Repulsa always used them to fight the Power Rangers, serving as a distraction to other plots that Rita was brewing elsewhere.

Thanks to Toys “R” Us, pictures of new action figures give us a better look at what the Putties could look like in the upcoming film.

The action figures look like they’ve been put together by actual clay, with elongated arms and hollow eyes.

Power Rangers stars Elizabeth Banks, Bryan Cranston, Naomi Scott, Becky G., David Denman, RJ Cyler, Sarah Grey, Ludi Lin, Emily Maddison, and Dacre Montgomery.

The film is set to hit theaters on March 24, 2017.

Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threats. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so they will have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.
