Preacher’s second season is premiering soon and AMC has released a sneak peek and a featurette. The sneak peek, titled “The Search for God: Day One,” features the a glimpse at a scene of Jesse, Cassidy, and Tulip in the car. Cassidy is going on about circumcisions and how the amount surprises him. The trio is on their way to see a “religious scholar” on their search for God.

The second is a three-minute long featurette titled “A Look Ahead” and the executive producer calls the second season a “pretty unique stew.” It’s basically a preview of the show’s second season. You can watch the official featurette below.
Preacher stars Dominic Cooper as Jesse Custer, Joseph Gilgun as Cassidy, with Ruth Negga as Tulip, and Graham McTavish as The Cowboy, aka The Saint of Killers. Season 2 has also added Noah Taylor, Pip Torrens, and Julie Ann Emery.

Preacher follows a West Texas preacher named Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), who is inhabited by the renegade spawn of an angel and demon and gains the power to control people with just a word. The series’ second season returns this summer and follows Jesse, his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God, dealing with issues both worldly and other-worldly along the way.
Preacher season two will be premiering on Sunday, June 25 at 9/8c on AMC.
