‘The Predator’ Trailer Teaser Hits; First Looks At Sterling K. Brown & Keegan-Michael Key Revealed

PredatorA short trailer teaser has been released for the next installment of the Predator franchise The Predator.

Directed by Shane Black, who portrayed the character Hawkins in the first outing and is no stranger to franchise blockbusters. With Iron Man 3, he took the storyline into new territory and he plans to do the same with this one, exchanging the jungle with a suburban setting. The teaser shows the Predator’s computer wrist bomb, but what’s it supposed to hint at remains a mystery.

This Is Us actor Sterling K. Brown, who will be starring in the film has posted two side-by-side photos revealing a look at his character in action with a gun in hand on the right along with an image of himself displayed in thermal vision on the left. Leaving no second-guessing to fans that the highly anticipated first trailer will for sure premiere tomorrow. Even Jake Busey and Keegan-Michael Key have announced on their Twitter feeds that Tomorrow…something is coming with still images of their characters from the film along with accompanying photos of them in thermal vision. The Predator stars Boyd Holbrook, Yvonne Strahovski, Olivia Munn, Trevante Rhodes, Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown, Jacob Tremblay, Thomas Jane, Alfie Allen, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey and Edward James Olmos. Here’s the official synopsis:

“From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black’s explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.”

The Predator hits theaters September 14th, 2018.
