Frank Castle Is Motivated By One Mission In New ‘Punisher’ Promo

The Punisher Frank Castle

The Punisher covers a lot more than just one man’s war on crime – it covers the intense pressure that comes with being Frank Castle. A new short trailer for the series alternates between brutal action and a tearjerking conversation between the Punisher and Karen Page.

Netflix has released a new short clip for the series — which arrives this Friday — where Page and Castle argue about how far he’s willing to take his personal battle. The two debate on whether or not his lust for revenge can ever be quenched or if his vigilantism will doom him, and while Castle isn’t concerned for his own well-being, Page wants him to have a life beyond what he’s doing:

Heroic Hollywood’s own review called this series “masterful”, and based on the strong performances seen here, it’s not hard to see why. Both Jon Bernthal and Deborah Ann Woll are giving it their all here, and one only hopes that the rest of the cast will be able to hold their own against these performances.

The Punisher begins a reign of terror on November 17, 2017. The show’s cast includes Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle (The Punisher), Ben Barnes as Billy Russo (Jigsaw), Ebon Moss-Bachrach as David “Micro” Lieberman (Microchip), Amber Rose Revah as Dinah Madani, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Daniel Webber as Lewis Walcott, Jason R. Moore as Curtis Hoyle, Paul Schulze as Rawlins, Jaime Ray Newman as Sarah Lieberman, and Michael Nathanson as Sam Stein.
