RUMOR: Will Smith To Reprise Deadshot In Ben Affleck’s ‘Batman’ Film

As we are approaching 2016 which will be the first big year for the DC Extended Universe with Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad, we may have some new details on Ben Affleck’s solo Batman film.

According to Latino-Review, Will Smith’s Suicide Squad character Floyd Lawton a.k.a. Deadshot himself, is possibly going to be reprising his role as the deadly assassin in the first Batman stand-alone that is supposedly being directed by Affleck himself who is also writing the screenplay with DC Entertainment’s Geoff Johns. Latino-Review goes on to say that if Smith would join Affleck, that it would be for a major capacity for a classic “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” situation.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is slated to come out on March 25, 2016 with Suicide Squad coming out on August 5 the same year. Would you like to see Batman and Deadshot in the same film?
