‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Set Photos Give Peek At Jacob Batalon And Tyne Daly

Spider-Man: Homecoming‘s cast, like the universe itself, seemed like it is expanding outward forever for a time. Now we can actually see them at work. They’re deep into filming in New York and Just Jared caught the new Peter Parker Tom Holland in some pics on set with Jacob Batalon (Ned Leeds) and, for the first time, Tyne Daly, who plays an unknown role (most likely a teacher, administrator or social worker at Peter’s high school, in my estimation).

You can check out the photos through the link in the tweet below:

Spider-Man: Homecoming is directed by Jon Watts (Cop Car) and hits theaters July 7, 2017. Right now, it is known Peter Parker will grapple with his high school homecoming as his alter ego Spider-Man battles the Vulture (Michael Keaton)and the Shocker (Bokeem Woodbine) (both supplied by the Tinkerer, played by Michael Chernus). Robert Downey, Jr. will make his seventh appearance as Tony Stark aka Iron Man. Here’s the official synopsis.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Marvel Studios’ “Captain: Civil War,” begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging superhero in “Spider-Man: Homecoming.
