[Spoiler] Discusses His Small Part In ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’

You’ve probably seen Star Wars: The Force Awakens by now, which means that you also probably missed a lot of the celebrity cameos in the movie, because most of them were very well hidden. One of the better ones featured a surprise voice-over from Ewan McGregor and Alec Guinness during Rey’s flashback sequence at Maz’s castle. The whole thing happened right before Kylo Ren and the First Order attacked the place, so the flashback was rather brief, but there were a lot of interesting clues about Rey’s backstory in there.

While doing the press rounds for Jane Got a Gun, McGregor appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where he discussed his short scene, as well as how J.J. Abrams and the rest of the crew behind the movie managed to recreate Guinness’ voice. Check out the full interview below.
