Andy Serkis has revealed fans shouldn’t expect to see a scene between himself and the late Carrie Fisher in the upcoming eighth installment of the Skywalker saga, Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Serkis confirmed the villainous Supreme Leader Snoke would not come face to face or meet via hologram with the leader of the Resistance while speaking to BANG Showbiz at the world premiere of Goodbye Christopher Robin when he was asked about the late actress:
“I had no scenes with Carrie but I did get to know her a little bit. She was an incredible human being with a wonderful personality and she’s sadly, sadly missed and everyone who came into contact with her was really touched by her great energy and great sense of humor.”

Everything We Know About ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’
When credits rolled on Star Wars: The Force Awakens, people began to wonder as to what the sequel was going to be about. The end of the movie left a lot of questions in the air that need to be answered. Who are Rey’s parents? What exactly was Luke doing on that planet? Where does the galaxy go from here on out?
