Thanks to Rian Johnson taking to his Instagram recently, there is now confirmation that Star Wars: The Last Jedi has finished post-production — now we all play the waiting game.
In a post late Thursday night (for you East Coasters), Johnson marked the end of post-production with a selfie of him and his crew in what has been a seemingly calm ride from beginning to end. Be it the reshoots on Rogue One, The Han Solo fiasco or the recent switch of directors for Star Wars: Episode IX, seeing Johnson smiling and wrapping things up smoothly has got to be a refreshing sign.
You can check out his Instagram post below:
Though his post may not include stars such as Daisy Ridley or Adam Driver, it’s always nice to see the talent behind the camera — goobers and all.
So are you waiting for The Last Jedi now more than ever? What do you think of Johnson’s smooth handling of the production process as compared to the other Star Wars projects as of late? Sound off in the comments!
