It was a good week for Supergirl as not only did Season 2 have a solid winter finale before leading into the 4-show crossover, but also a new ratings record since its move to The CW. TV By The Numbers is reporting that the mid-season finale for the Girl of Steel hit 3.51 million viewers and a 1.1/4 in the Adults 18-49 Rating/Share. This is a new record since the season two premiere that got 3.06 million viewers.

Meanwhile, CADMUS unleashes a virus that instantly kills any alien in the vicinity so Kara enlists an unexpected ally – Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath). The epic superhero crossover kicks off tonight when Barry Allen (guest star Grant Gustin) and Cisco Ramon (guest star Carlos Valdes) seek Kara’s help with an alien invasion on their Earth.
