‘Supergirl’ Season 3 Episode 2 ‘Triggers’ Promo Released

SupergirlThe CW has released the promo for the second episode of the third season of the hit DC Comics series Supergirl.

The episode features guest star Yael Grobglas as Psi, a psychic-powered thief who attacks National City and taps into the worst fears of its citizens. James and Lena also find themselves at an impasse as Samantha starts a new job at L-Corp.

Supergirl stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl, David Harewood as Martian Manhunter, Mechad Brooks as Jimmy Olsen, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers and Jeremy Jordan as Winn Schott, with appearances by Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant and Tyler Hoechlin as Superman. Here’s the official synopsis for the third season:

Ridding National City of Queen Rhea and her Daxamite army was a major win for Supergirl, but one that came at a significant cost, as Kara was forced to sacrifice her budding relationship with Mon-El. When season three returns with all-new supercharged adventures this fall on The CW, Kara and team will come up against a new threat in the form of DC Worldkiller, Reign.
