A new photo from the set of Titans season two offers fans a fresh look at Iain Glen. The Game of Thrones alum is set to join the cast as Bruce Wayne/Batman for the highly-anticipated sophomore outing of the DC Universe series.

It’s been a while since we got a new look at Iain Glen on the set of Titans. After Iain Glen was announced as Batman the second season of the series, we got our first look at his Bruce Wayne shortly afterwards thanks to a set video revealing the Scottish actor filming a scene with Brenton Thwaites, who plays Dick Grayson. But we still have yet to see Iain Glen don the cape and cowl. It seems fans will have to wait a bit longer but a new behind-the-scenes photo featuring Iain Glen on the set of Titans might be enough to make the wait a little easier until the show’s upcoming San Diego Comic-Con panel.

Warner Bros. Television will hold a special 2-hour DC Universe event on Saturday, July 20, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Indigo Ballroom of the San Diego Convention Center that will most likely include our first official look at Iain Glen as Batman. For now, you can see Iain Glen on the set of season two below.

In addition to Iain Glen, the second season of Titans will also introduce audiences to Deathstroke and his family, with Esai Morales as Slade Wilson himself, Chella Man as his son Jericho, and Chelsea T. Zhang as his daughter, Rose Wilson, a.k.a. Ravager. Joshua Orpin is also joining the series as Superboy along with Drew Van Acker as Aqualad.

Titans follows a grown-up Dick Grayson working as a Detective in Detroit, having left his nights with the Caped Crusader long in the past due to having fundamental differences with Batman’s methods and approach to crimefighting before becoming the leader of the heroes known as the Titans. Here is the official synopsis for the DC Universe series:

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.

The series stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/Robin, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, Lindsey Gort as Detective Amy Rohrbach, Alan Ritchson as Hawk, Minka Kelly as Dove, Ryan Potter as Beast Boy, Dwain Murphy as Negative Man, Jake Michaels as Cliff Steel, April Bowlby as Elasti-Girl, Bruno Bichir as Dr. Niles Caulder, and Conor Leslie as Wonder Girl, with Curran Walters as Jason Todd, and Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne.

Titans is available exclusively on DC Universe in the U.S. and on Netflix internationally. Also, Swamp Thing and Doom Patrol‘s first seasons are currently streaming on DC Universe. A Stargirl series is also in development at DC Universe and expected to premiere on the streaming service sometime next year. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for the latest news on DC Universe.
