A common debate that comic book fans have is which superhero could win in a head-to-head battle. Could Batman beat Superman? Would Captain America win against Iron Man? These are the fan questions we love to explore. Now, our current Spider-Man, Tom Holland, is getting in on the fun.

His favorite superhero is Spider-Man and that is not because Holland will be playing the character in the upcoming, Spider-Man: Homecoming.

“Spider-Man, and I’m not saying that now because I am Spider-Man. It’s been Spider-Man since I was a little kid.”

When discussing if Batman could beat Spider-Man in a fight, Holland was clear about his decision.

“My best friend Harrison, his favorite is Batman, and for years we’ve had an argument on who would win in a fight, Spider-Man or Batman. I win every argument now. I’m like “You know how I know? Because I am Spider-Man, so…shut your face.”

Holland went on to discuss the possibility of Peter Parker dancing during Homecoming and if he got any advice from previous actors who have taken on the role, including Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire.

“I actually haven’t been in contact with them. But it’s so lucky because I’ve got five movies that I can draw from. I watched every single one years before I even got cast in this movie. And then we watched them all again and just picked little things that I thought was great and that I’d like to keep.”

Holland is known for dancing throughout his career.

“Yes. There is a moment where he dances, and it’s so funny. It’s not good dancing. The internet has perceived me as this fantastic dancer. I can still do a couple pirouettes, but I am by no means a proper dancer.

Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theaters on July 7, 2017.

Yeah, I mean Batman can be cool and all that. But when it comes to physical fights, he would lose to just about anybody.

Spider-Man > Batman > Captain America, even though Cap has the Super Soldier Serum.

how does Batman beat Wolverine? I mean batman should be last on this list

It’s quite easy actually, just trap him in a way that he can’t use his claws, he doesn’t have super strength nor any gadgets to help him.

To beat Wolverine you just have to stop trying to kill him.

Tie his hands put a weight on his foot then throw him in the ocean or something.

Tie his hands…? And to beat Batman all you have to do is kill him. Wolverine’s reflexes, agility. and willingness to suffer pain to ensure victory make tying his hands essentially impossible. Batman losses to Wolverine, bub.
