The Flash Ezra Miller Flashpoint DCAquaman may be the next DC Extended Universe movie to hit theaters, but everyone’s eyes are already on Flashpoint. The movie, which is being heralded as an event, was originally supposed to be a low key, solo movie for the Flash, played by Ezra Miller. His high favorability with audiences made his movie a priority for the studio, but things slowly changed throughout the pre-production process.

Not only has the movie lost a few directors, but it has also been confirmed that the story will now adapt DC’s universe-altering story Flashpoint by Geoff JohnsFlashpoint is famous for launching the New 52 initiative, a new timeline for the DC Universe that saw years worth of continuity retconned. After the mess that is Justice League, perhaps Warner Bros. will use Flashpoint as an opportunity to alter a few things and set themselves up for long-term success.

    Or Barry creates flashpoint, when he fixes it and returns to present day, Bruce Wayne has changed. Kinda like diggles daughter becomes a son in arrowverse thanks to Barry Allen.
