James Mangold’s second Wolverine movie titled, Logan, will hit theatres everywhere in less than two months. The film has been on everyone’s most anticipated list since the first teaser trailer dropped with an epic rendition of Nine Inch Nails’ ‘Hurt’ by Johnny Cash. The movie dropped its badass second trailer last week, and with that, comes a wave of incredible new images. Via Empire Magazine‘s latest issue, you can check out some awesome pictures featuring Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, Stephen Merchant’s Caliban, Boyd Holbrook’s Donald Pierce and Richard E. Grant’s evil Zander Rice. Interestingly, both Caliban and Rice get some new descriptions in the images below. Rise is described as a “nemesis driven by more than simple revenge,” while Caliban is a “mutant nurse.”

I think there are some pretty interesting revelations there. The idea of Caliban being a Mutant nurse is different, but (kinda) ties into his occupation as a Mutant locator (?). As a fan of the HBO show, Girls, I am thrilled to see Richard E. Grant have a role in a huge blockbuster like this, the dude is a terrific actor who more than deserves his time in the spotlight. Of course, we will all have to wait until March 3rd to see Mangold’s epic film. What do you guys think? Are you excited for Logan? Pff, why do I even have to ask that?

“In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.”
