Disney A Wrinkle In TimeA new trailer for Disney’s A Wrinkle In Time has just been released, giving fans yet another glimpse at the plot of the upcoming film. The trailer dropped during the American Music Awards and gives us some more insight than the first teaser.

A Wrinkle in Time is directed by Ava DuVernay. The film is an adaptation of the classic tale focusing on Meg Murry (Storm Reid) and her intelligent brother Charles Wallace (Deric McCabe). Following them on a journey to save their father from an unannounced evil, A Wrinkle in Time will be the second live-action adaptation of the source material offering an updated take on the book. All eyes are on Disney to deliver a solid adventure for the audience

The film stars Storm Reid, Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Zach Galifiankis, Chris Pine, Levi Miller, Deric McCabe, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Micheal Pena and Andre Holland. Here is the official synopsis:

Meg Murry and her brother Charles Wallace have normal lives until one night when a strange visitor comes. Her name was Mrs. Whatsit. She states that there IS such thing as a “tesseract”. The next day, Meg and Charles Wallace meet Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which. They also meet the most popular boy in high school: Calvin O’Keefe. Together, they embark on an adventure to save Meg’s father, Dr. Murry.

A Wrinkle in Time is set to hit theaters on March 9, 2018.
