Zachary Levi (Thor: The Dark World, Chuck) recently sat down with Spinoff Online to discuss his role on Heroes Reborn and offered up what he knows about the upcoming Thor sequel, Thor: Ragnarok.
Levy was asked if he had been contacted by Marvel about reprising his role as Fandral in Ragnarok, saying not yet, but he hopes to be involved.
While Levi doesn’t know if he is involved yet, Jaimie Alexander will return as Lady Sif, and it is hard to imagine that Levi’s Fandral and the rest of the Warriors Three wouldn’t be involved as well. Ray Stevenson (Black Sails, Thor: The Dark World) recently spoke with IGN about his desire to return to the role of Volstagg, stating that if he were to be called on, Volstagg would, “within a heart’s beat,” be there to fight alongside Thor.
You can check out the rest of Levi’s interview over at Spinoff Online, where he gives his thoughts on the differences between his character from Chuck and Heroes Reborn’s Luke Collins. He also discusses his vision for a rebooted Spider-Man, stating that he’d love to play an older, adult Peter Parker fighting alongside the Avengers.
“Heroes Reborn” airs Thursdays at 8 P.M. on NBC. Thor: Ragnarok is set to hit theaters on November 3, 2017.
