The film follows Bruce Wayne/Batman (Ben Affleck) as he attempts to form the Justice League itself in time for them to save Earth from Steppenwolf, the uncle of Darkseid. The new cut of the trailer features some additional dialogue from Aquaman (Jason Momoa) when voicing his concern over whether or not the heroes will be able to defeat Steppenwolf.

Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Ciaran Hinds as Steppenwolf, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Amber Heard as Mera, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, J.K. “Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.”

Justice League hits theaters November 17, 2017. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding Zack Snyder and the DC Extended Universe!
